Best way to leave delayed video?

Is there a way to leave a video and delay it in preparing for CTB? I need to tie up lose ends for my friend and finish a few written items as well.

Also what topics should I touch upon? Thank you!

You could add it as an attachment to a delayed email, depending on size. Put it on a memory stick and send it by traditional mail. Put it on a shared drive that is accessible on the cloud and send people a link to it via delayed email. take a look at the suicide note resources, gives lots of tips for what topics you could cover

I've thought about the same thing as well, and whatever you do, do NOT use any services that may monitor/have AI that detects danger/suicidality/risk of harm because it's too risky and whether AI or some other 'concerned' samaritan may want to virtue signal or flex their power in preventing you from exiting. I would stay away from YouTube and/or Facebook as I know those platforms have anti-suicide AI and what not that searches for red flags, keywords, and what not. I can't speak for other platforms, but as a word of caution, always use discretion and I would try to schedule the video to come up (similar to delayed emails) instead of just uploading it on the spot.

I wish there is a better way to go about sending final messages and letters, but more oftenly than not, there is always some amount of risk involved, like things not going to plan or the wrong person finding out and sounding the whistle.

If you want those people to have the originals, it is best to send those via traditional email. I saw an account here that someone left a suicide note and the police kept the original and gave the family a copy of it instead.

Open a free dropbox, place that video in your dropbox, then right click the file "Share". You'll get a link.
