You should aim for the greatest potency in the smallest possible dosage, so based on this:
0.5 mg of Alprazolam, Clonazepam, Triazolam = 10 mg of diazepam
1 mg of Lorazepam, Flunitrazepam = 10 mg of diazepam
1.5 mg of Loprazolam, Lormetazepam, Estazolam = 10 mg of diazepam
