As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.
Try 4 Benadryl. If that doesn't knock you out in about 30-45 mins, take 4 more. Note, this produces more of a black out than sleep. But it's cheap and safe. Can get benadryl or generic diphenhydramine over the counter. The chewables or liquid caps work the fastest. You can pop the liquid caps in your mouth. This will make your mouth go numb temporarily.
I once took 12 tablets and it was the trippiest shit I've ever done. I've had my fair share of trying out drugs but that amount of Benadryl was wild. In the shower talking to unrecognizable voices. Never again lol.
Benadryl doesn't make me sleepy for some reason. I take trazodone for sleep now. I wake up in the middle of the night for about ten minutes, but I'll go back to sleep.
I was on zoplicone for 15 months. 15 mg. It stopped working. Now I take 15mg REMERON and lorazepam and aleve pm. Still not sleeping great but better than zoplicone.
Naturals (for good times):
