Benzos with SN

I'm not a benzo user. I have only taken a quarter tab of xanax once before. What should I buy and how much should I take for use with SN? In the PPH, it says to crush up 20x30mg of oxazepam (600mg total), dissolve it into water, and to drink it after taking the SN. Does that make sense? How long does it take to work? Should I buy a differnet kind like xanax or valium? Does it matter? What do you all think?

Honestly all benzodiazepines kind of work and feel the same. There are biochemical differences in half-life, etc, but for our purposes I think it's okay to exchange one for another. I have never read the PPH and didn't know they included them in the protocol! Thank you for sharing that. I realize I still have research to do, then. But yes, if you're fasting, you'll begin feeling them in maybe 15 min. Quicker if you were to dissolve them beneath your tongue or against the inside of your cheek.

I am planning on using xanax to (hopefully) combat SI when it comes time for final day.

Would it still be 30mg if we're using either Xanax or Klonopin as the benzo? Anyone know?
