Benzo's dose SN?

I too use Clonazepam. I know everyone is different, but I'm pretty certain if I took that much, I'd be passed out within 45min. Personally Im planning to take mine no more than 20 min before SN

How much of Clonazepam are you going to take?

1200mg of diazepam is a huge dose. I have some benzo tolerance and can take 5mg at a time to fall asleep for several consecutive nights. Alprazolam is another story - I build tolerance to that quickly.

Agreed. I dont know how they come to that colossal figure. Yes it will anesthetise you to the act but its a massive amount of powder (crushed tablets) to swallow and will it knock you out too soon if taken a few minutes prior.

My prescription is 0.5mg per tablet, I have 10 tablets available (my doctor here is extremely reluctant to prescribe them), so 5mg total. Crushed up and taken all at once should still help reduce SI and panic. Better than nothing!

It's 5 mg x 30 that I can find. I suppose if you have access to dodgy sources people can find more. As you say ypud think that would knock you out completely? Presumably the idea.

That still seems like a lot especially if you take it prior to an. But I guess if the goal is to knock yourself out it makes sense. But his practical is this and how would you do a practice dude if that's the case?

That too is a huge amount 250mg. Wouldn't 5mg x 30 (150 mg) ensure that anyway - a box? The vast amounts being quoted (1200mg) seem like overkill (pardon the pun).

Honestly, when I saw the dose stated in the protocol, I thought it was a mistake, and even now I'm not entirely sure if they really meant such a quantity. In my opinion, it's too much.

This is an extremely important topic around which there are numerous controversies, starting from the amount of the dose itself to the time of its consumption. It is clear to everyone that the amount of the dose depends on tolerance to benzos and body weight, and tolerance to benzos affects the speed of action, which in turn determines the specific timing for ingestion However, some key things are still insufficiently clear, the dose stated in the SN Bible is enormous and many people have a justified fear of the body's reaction to such a quantity, possible suffocation from vomiting while unconscious, and so on. I see that many are of the opinion that the required dose of benzos is the one that will maximally reduce anxiety and SI, and in my opinion that would be (for people who do not consume benzos) something over the regular therapeutic dose per kg of body weight (up to 50% more). Konzu.iranne large doses in order to induce unconsciousness earlier is an interesting topic that, however, raises numerous fears and doubts. The possibility of an unforeseen reaction of the stomach to a huge amount of dissolved tablets, the possibility of premature unconsciousness before consuming SN itself, the possibility of suffocation vomiting and similar. It would be really good if somehow all these doubts could be resolved. Any comments on this topic are welcome.

I am surprised we have not come up with something definitive here, and I am really curious myself. I can get 10 pieces of 0.5 mg (so 5 MG total)… what I read about on the mega thread/bible doesn't give an exact amount or just seems way too much as the other users have suggested in this thread.

Would 5 mg do anything for someone who has no previous experience taking benzos? Should I even bother with this?

I think if the gastric resistant capsules idea for SN proved viable I'd just personally go for an amount that knocked me spark out and precluded any waking for 12 hours (approx) as food (or capsules) take 2-6 hours to leave the small intestines. That should be plenty of time.

Anyone? Some of these doses for benzos make no sense to me. 20 pills ? What. We really need to clarify the proper dosage for benzos. Even taking all 10 pills at 0.5 mg per pill seems like a lot.
