dark markets, drug groups/forums (in Poland there are facebook sites, telegram channels), streets, from a friend which has depression, seizures, anxiety, from old family members, eventually you can do it from gp, but you cannot say "I need some benzos" but you need to be very smart and guide the gp into thinking "this guy needs benzos" - you have to say you have insomnia, anxiety and going through hard time in life. But ofc you need to do it with other gp, as your main one is already suspicious of you if you asked for some xannies lol

It's definitely easier said than done - unless you have a diagnosed mental disorder which will make doctors prescribe you it to calm you down like Benzos do, it's either that or the dark market. Vendors in the top three drug states/cities definitely have it, though that is the illegal way, and I highly discourage it.

Because of my history with mental illness, my gp just recommends me being hospitalized. And then I get locked up and made fun of, great. Thank you guys anyways though. Might have to rawdog SN and anti vomit.
To add to this, if i have an anti emetic, would drinking 1-2 beers make the attempt fail? it calms the panic in my head and i could go through ith it i feel. as an alternative.

I think beer and alcohol in general is not recommended so I would advise against it

dont drink any alcohol while attempting SN.
benzos arent that hard to get, just go to 2-3 different doctors, if you sell a good story, at least one should give 1 pack [i dont mean chronic/running prescription] just one pack of diazepam to help patient ad-hoc.
if you completelyt cannot get them, maybe pregabalin or hydroxyzine [hydro is easy to get, but u need a huge dose of it] to calm you don
