Any way to buy Sodium Azide/Natrium Azide in Germany/Europe without a business account/license?

As the title suggests, I'm having trouble sourcing NaN³ (sodium azide/Natriumazid) in Germany/Europe without a business account or license. Maybe someone knows something and could fill me in? I've tried looking on the Chinese market as well but even there's a need for a license.

Hi, on page 124 there are link to a russian website that has Azide in stock. I don't know if they require a license or if their package will clear customs, but if you want, you can ask them about it
