some people recommend benzodiazepins. are they reliable method ?

Not realistically. Not strong enough. I had an acquaintance who took a load (and I mean a load albeit China sourced) and just slept for 3 days in Hospital). He woke up and was fine. Something stronger is needed.

As many above me, no, benzos are not good for CTB. Benzos however are really good to accompany any other method. E. G. I will use SN method but I'll make damn sure to take a lot of benzos to calm my nervs. I never heard of anyone CTBing with benzos, you would need to take so many tablets that is phisically impossible as you would fall asleep before toxic levels can be swallowed.

No, I never attempted with them cause I knew its not deadly. They wouldnt be prescribed if they were

Unfortunately, pretty much no over-the-counter or prescription medication really do the trick

They are a "safe" drug & were introduced as an alternative to the more dangerous barbiturates (Nembutal, tuinal, seconal etc).
They won't get you what you're looking for
