I'm drinking alcohol and I took some clonazepam pills. It was just for anxiety, it didn't help much. It only helped me sleep a little. But I was crying over my father's death, tomorrow he would be 59 years old.

My father died last year...
It still hurts so much. He was the only one to call me every day, to ask me really how I was going, to hear me out.
Yet I wasn't a great son.
He wasn't even 5 years older than yours...
So I feel you, and I'm really really sorry.
May them rest in peace.
