Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yes. Same, use before bed and then I struggle with insomnia for several days and rebound anxiety. Luckily I am able to just like take a bath or something to try to make myself sleepy again. But it sucks. Like 4-5 days is how long after stopping for when I finally get good sleep again. My dose was also 1mg.
