• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Are you planning to donate all your belongings before you pass, to lighten the load for whoever has to sort through your space? Or do you intend to hold onto everything, leaving it up to the person cleaning to decide what to do with it?

Just curious.

For me, the person cleaning it up, I don't want to be reminded of my possessions, aside from what I bring when I enter the hotel, and what I leave off with, my electrons, for people to deal with. Besides that, nothing reasonably.

Too much work. When I'm gone it won't matter to me.

I also have too much stuff to deal with. Suppose I start giving out too many items, that might raise suspicions. I hope most of it is donated to good use when I'm gone but my parents might feel too sentimental to part with my stuff.

My partner hates moving and is extremely intimidated by having to pack up the house. Part of me hopes I am a ghost so I can watch him have a breakdown after I'm gone dealing with all of my junk. (I hate him if you could not tell)

I think that I'll just leave my belongings for my relatives to deal with. When my sister died, my mum decided to give all of my sister's stuff for charity. She didn't use any of it for her own personal self. I hope that the same happens to me when I die too

I'm donating things I know they won't want, and packing everything else up so it's organized and they can sort through it more easily

Leaving everything for my family to sort through so they can decide what they want to keep. I don't know what things they'll want to hold for sentimental or other reasons so I want to give them the chance to hold on to whatever they wish. It may make them grieve more but it will also give them the opportunity to bond and talk about cherished memories, which I think is very important for mourning.

I've arranged with my solicitor for them to employ a house clearance company to deal with it all. They take their fee from the sale of everything and, any excess goes back into the estate. I don't want my relatives burdened with the hassle of it. Whoever ends up having to deal with it, it's going to be bad! I'd prefer to think they were being paid to do it.

Well, I won't be in this world anymore, my family can do whatever they want with my belongings, I won't be here to worry about my things anymore.

If I could, I would burn everything before.

I reallly sorry for my mother and sister but i dont have more energy to take care of this. My belongings doesnt have a value for me anymore.

Hope my clothes to be donated, i think my mother now about this.

My mother and sister doesnt have much interest in technology, PC's... probably it's all going to trash, maybe my sister get interest in notebooks i have.

I have a huge collection of watches, oh hope that my sister get interested, even for selling then.

Already talked about my birds with my mother, if someday i passed out, I wouldn't like to force her to take care of them, but give them to someone that like birds.
