Yeah but when they are the reason you are fucked up then what? All I know is most people shouldn't be able to have kids.

The world is so so so so big. You wouldn't believe it

People are extremely shallow and view things in a shallow perspective. I think it's in our nature, as well as comparing ourselves to others, in order to quickly analyze the situation and how it can aid our survival. Most things comes down to survival in the end as we are living organisms striving to survive.

With that said, most people usually display a very different mask and some people have a hard time doing the same.
I myself hate displaying a front and I'm usually my real self most of the time which can be a thorn in the back for some people, oddly enough.

Also, fear is a big factor. We're scared of how we're being portrayed by other people all the time and as such thoughts emerge we put up a front, that stems from the fear of being rejected. Rejection means death in the animal world.

It's really pathetic and these thoughts makes me want to kill myself even more.

@_Minsk "being-triggered-by-people-who-are-happy-have-it-all" I see this quite a lot on places I visit on the net. I'm glad you added "i don't hate others nor them having fun". Quite a bit of what I see is people hating others who do have happy lives. My life is shit now, but I did have a really good life for a long time. I can appreciate both lives, happy and crappy. I don't like to see people hating others for being happy.

I am genuinely happy when I see decent people do well and lead good lives, friends and strangers. But I can only imagine what it must be like to live a life without any happiness, from childhood to present day being rubbish, I can sort of understand why some start to hate and blame those who are happy for no reason, is it bitterness or jealousy? It could be.

I used to be fit, work demanding hours and mostly be normal despite some mental health and insomnia issues. Then when I developed a chronic pain disorder, overnight, I lost the ability to do most things I love .unfortunately I was already married to a real go-getter of a spouse. They can sleep at the drop of a dime and goes running for miles every day. Honestly, watching them get up refreshed everyday, work 12 hours then go for a run, all while grabbing life by the horns and giving it all they got makes me boil with rage inside every day. I wish I wasn't married because I can't handle the jealously watching my old self prance around without a care in the world. I should be happy for them, but it just makes me sick. They are a great and kind person, but I want to be alone or with someone who understands

If it's a case of bullying it's pretty easy to understand why they hate. I mean, if you were bullied 6 grades and your future now looks grim because of it (physiological scars, lost time etc etc) , you can clearly understand where the hate is coming from.

Hate bullies but not random people who are just happy. But i can understand how some would become pessimistic about pretty much everyone, whether they knew them or not, if all they've experienced is negative.

I remember telling a psychologist that I didn't want to get well because I'd only start getting ideas above my station and begin trying to compete with people , a battle I could never win.

Yes I'm in that much of a checkmate.

I don't like it. It genuinely impairs my ability to work and to have meaningful, healthy relationships. I am sad being like that. It is obviously wrong and diseased.
Zardoz, you are right on. Poisonous thoughts & Feelings are ACTIONS that affect you and everyone else.
