being bi makes me hate myself

bisexuality is cool and trendy if you're attractive and neurotypical but the rest of us are just regarded as gross and indecent. especially as a male. hetero girls find it extremely unappealing to have a parter that's bisexual because that violates heteronormative whatever. and it swings both ways to gay ppl towards bisexuals. there's a resentment.

what makes it worse in my case is that i refuse to just own it to it because i hate the assumptions and resentment people have towards us. i've come out to a handful of people but it's just so obvious i like boys that i may as well not. but the fact that i don't just acknowledge it makes it worse in the eyes of girls im interested in.

and what's even more worse is that i in reality am completely touch starved and get absolutely no interest from anyone at all. but that's neither here nor there :3

absolutely no resentment or anger at all. i'm just looking to understand my struggles a little bit.

yeah, i'd rather be a gay woman sometimes or a heterosexual. the amount of lesbians that won't date us (because they are afraid we will secrelty desire dick forever?), and all the men that fetishize bi girls are making me sad. if it helps, there are bi women like myself who are more than down to date other bi guys - and then it won't really matter what anyone else thinks or feels like. most of it comes from a place of insecurity and ignorance anyway, those people are not worth your time and energy.

I did not think I would see someone the same way as me when it comes to intimacy, I feel left behind that I haven't properly experienced it

I'm not really going to wade into this one except that there sure is something weird with it being "what G-d likes least" (for males, the ladies get a pass) from a strict religious perspective.

Not really feeling it anymore, and the moment humanity got close to somewhat relieving the worst of AIDS risks, suddenly everyone lost their minds, forgot everything else still exists, and it's like how Diddy's excesses became even worse than they were because there was no future, economically or otherwise, for anyone caught up in that, except to either die or talk up the realities of excessive hedonism.

The world did flip some bits though, up until a certain point that was resumé material and if not your thing, don't repeat it, and now between economics and everything else, unless you're Trump himself it's all pretty screwy.
