some of my bad habits are:
smoking
sunbathing to get a slight burn
weird dieting behaviors
being lazy,watching too much t.v.

good habits:
taking very good care of my dogs.. thats about it.

• binge eating
• the reverse also happens, heavily restricting (they flip flop)
• cutting
• neglecting hygiene
• texting friends when anxious

Good habits:
• trying to eat once a day?

- Dark sense of humour which can sometimes border on insulting
- Sleeping too much and spending 99% of my waking hours daydreaming
- self neglect
- disordered eating
- very irresponsible with money

Good
- exercise daily
- the food I do eat is healthy and nutritious
- I compliment people frequently
- meticulous hygiene

The problem with good and bad habits is that to evaluate any particular behaviour as good or bad, you need a larger value system, an ultimate purpose; and since I don't really have one anymore, I can't say whether my behaviours are good or bad. For example, wasting time only makes sense if that time would otherwise have been valuable to achieve some goal.

Even stuff like hygiene can become meaningless to depressed people, because they don't value their own existence anymore.

-self harm
-being too trusting
-wear my heart on my sleeve
-laziness / procrastination
-getting too attached to people
-getting too attached to the wrong type of people and repeatedly getting hurt lol
-crap sleep pattern

good habits
-id go to the ends of the earth for people that I care about. Nothing is too much effort or difficult. If you have a place in my heart and you want or need something I will make that happen
-I keep 2 cats and a kid alive

Bad habits:
* Insulting myself / twisting people's compliments about me into an insult.
* Worrying about upsetting people.
* Turning everything into a puzzle to solve or a problem to fix.
* Making bad jokes.
* Making dark jokes.
* Worrying that I'm about to get blocked/ignored immediately after said dark joke.
* Sleeping lots.

Good habits:
* Getting fresh air (important little step for me to avoid getting depressed).
* Not giving up easily.
* Being loyal (although this could also be a bad habit when people take advantage).
* Excellent hygiene

socially isolating myself
disordered eating
overthinking/overanalyzing
lack of structure or routine
being too critical, negative, self-deprecating...

Good habits:
good hygiene
going to bed and waking up at reasonable hours (which wasn't the case a few years ago)
saving money
love to read, listen, learn and grow
when I'm not in a super dark place with my body image, I like to go outside for walks, bike rides or healthy grocery shopping trips
