I think i spent about two weeks previous to new years trying to get partial hanging working. I could feel the blacking out only when i was standing and i kept my head up applying direct pressure to my carotid arteries. i'd always stand back up straight after leaning after that though. After this i actually found this forum and did a fair amount of research on other ways. I have everything for the SN method except meto which should be coming in soon. I also bought a couple ratchet straps, some cornhole bags, and gorilla tape to try the night night method. I think the night night method is only for people who have specifically sensetive carotid arteries because i could strap the thing tight enough and i know where my sweet spot is. essentially it was just putting pillows on my neck. my ideal death is that i would be messing around with my carotid arteries through partial suspension or whatever other methods (tourniquet, night night) and knock myself out on accident killing myself.
anyways, back to square 1 and working with partial hanging
