Hi, I tried this twice before.
All the other methods seemed difficult so I thought dehydration would be easy, you just have to do nothing, right? And one would most likely think it would only take 3 days but sadly it takes a lot longer than that. I don't know how much time exactly but maybe a week, maybe more. And the way death occurs is from organ failure which isn't too peaceful. And even if you don't go through with it all the way, depending on how long you've been without water, some organs may end up damaged anyway. I don't know too much about dehydration so further research is suggested if you'd like to learn more.
I wish it only took 3 days. If it did I definitely wouldn't be here.

Yes I read that it takes at least a week as well, and SI is too strong for this to have a high success probability. Fwiw, I hope you find peace.
I remember reading your other posts, I'm sorry that you're trying to attempt CTB through dehydration. It sounds like one of the more uncomfortable ways to go, how does it feel like?
The other methods are inaccessible at moment so doing this. No effects yet hoping it stays this way

When I tried it before I was of course thirsty and hungry but that starving pain faded away after a little bit. I was lethargic and had a headache which wasn't tooo bad but it definitely wasn't pleasant. In the end, the thought of any drink like coke or milk was delightful and irresistible. Like if you had N just sitting there on your counter top, that's how it felt like. I gave in and had a drink. Sadly only the first few sips tasted like how I thought they would, then it tasted normal. I thought the whole drink at least would taste amazing. After giving up I felt misery again, just another failed attempt and I'm still stuck here.
How many days did you last for. I've tried so many times before but gave in after few hours. This is my longest attempt 2 days now but don't feel any effects yet. Feel like drinking but fighting that urge

The first time I dehydrated myself I had food. I think I lasted 2 days? I'm not really sure. On my second try I think I lasted just 3 days. I was at my friend's house when I hit the 3 day mark and she said I could have a coke and I couldn't resist. It doesn't work unfortunately and even if it did it would be too painful.
What other method would you recommend. Wish dehydration was easy that would be the most simple ctb

I wish I could recommend a method for myself honestly. There are a lot of methods out there and all of them have their difficulties. We shouldn't have to resort to these diy methods to not have to live anymore... it's unfair. Personally I'm thinking of a few different methods and typing out how I could feasibly go through with them on a Google Doc. I don't know much about your situation so I wouldn't know which methods to recommend, nor do I think I should? I'm still somewhat new here so I don't know everything yet and don't want to do anything I shouldn't.

I think the rule of 3 (3 days without water, etc) is only accurate in extreme circumstances. Temperatures and level of physical activity are important variables. And there's water in food. During a particularly bad spell of depression, I once went 6 days without eating and the first 3 of those without drinking too. Dehydration seems like it would generally be pretty slow.

Soda helps with dehydration method actually due to the sodium, also make sure you wear layers so you can sweat out any liquids your system may have stored and do not bathe either because showers and baths give your skin hydration too. , try turning on a heater or opening a window to help dry you out. Its a slow method but a sneaky one , you will ctb within 2 weeks at the most. 1 at the least and when you lose the ability to urinate and start to feel ill or urinate less , your on your way.
