Venting at a loss

i don't know what to do anymore. me and my gf live with my parents. she recently came out as trans. my mom's bf accidentally saw her dressing as a woman and is threatening to hurt her and/or kill her. and he's threatening to hurt my pets because I'm extremely depressed to the point I struggle doing everyday tasks and haven't cleaned my room lately. I desperately want to move out but I'm living paycheck to paycheck on disability checks because of how debilitating my mental illness is. I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do anymore. I truly think the best option at this point is to end my life. I have no other option.

That's horrible. Are there any resources for LGBTQ people in your country that you can look into? Depending on which country you come from there might be some LGBTQ+ shelters you guys can look into.
