  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hello everyone,

https://pegasos-association.com/ states on their website, that applications from around the world are accepted.

How can I know this is not a scam? Assisted suicide looks like an obvious best choice, but it seems to me that for a non-citizen this service must be unavailable as my country authorites should see this as illegal killing (this is only my speculation, but why they should not?).

They are legit, Philip N who wrote PPH works with them. But there are a few hoops you have to jump through. Costs a lot and you have to be given the okay by a doctor.

It's genuine. I has been available to Swiss citizens since 80s I think. There have been many people from my country go for assisted dying because they accept people from different countries. You have to join and satisfy a criteria before they can accept you.

They don't have a relationship with Philip N. or Exit International anymore, but they used to. Yes they are legit. But you need to get approved for an assisted suicide. And if you're under 50 years old it's not too easy. (In my opinion). And yes, it costs about $11,000 US, which does include cremation costs.

From all of my research as well, it seems incredibly difficult and near impossible to do if your main reasons are due to mental health stuff and you're not also terminally unwell with that causing poor mental health.

They don't take this lightly, and I've given up on trying to go down that route because I think it'll probably be impossible.
