this symptom of depression feeling numb, stuck in this state, is the worst part of depression, I can not do anything, it seems that there is something sucking my energy, which makes me want to stay in bed or on the phone all the time. I just wanted to find one out of stopping this mental state, I feel like a zombie, like I'm already dead internally, it seems like you're never sober and you're 24/7 drunk. I am getting sometimes have a little energy because I keep drinking coffee during the day but still I find myself stuck in this mental state that prevents me from doing anything I dare to do.
