Aren't you afraid of your body being shattered if you jump from a building?

What do you all think? That's why I'm considering drowning, but I find it curious that many people seem to think jumping is better. I know drowning is painful, but I also understand that if you don't die instantly from a fall, you end up dying in agony...
Ugh. Both are bad. But for jumping, as long as you do it from high enough, it'll likely be instantaneous. Drowning won't be. Both ways of dying have the chance of surviving and being severely disabled, but jumping has a larger chance to be instantly lethal if you fall from higher up. Water is water, and you can't make it suffocate you faster (I guess…) Either way, the end result of your body in both will not be pretty.
