Well when I walk into the chemist for my Prozac, I think they know I am depressed haha. But yeah, I have shared my suicidal thoughts with quite a few people in the past (even doctors). I am not so keen on bringing it up anymore though. I think the meds, kratom tea, sleeping aids, and other things help me get through some of the days, but it isn't enough for me to want to stay on this rock for decades more.
