• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There used to be a woman who made these and sent them in boxes with butterflies on them, if I recall correctly. Her business was shut down by the police.

She's almost certainly dead by now too. If I recall she was around 90 at the time that happened.

MDB sells nitrogen tanks and related hardware. They don't sell exit bags.
I contacted them about that and the bag and hose can be sold separately from the rest. At least according to the person I emailed. Got one from them.

Bag size is a trade-off: too big, and it takes a larger amount of gas too inflate, and could become unweildy; too small and it becomes difficult to get the bag over your head.

I used the turkey-size oven bag. It inflated fairly quickly, and I had no trouble pulling it into place.

There's a discussion about bag failure currently running here: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/exit-bag-failure.17041/
