Kinda self-explanatory question in the title, but are there any books that trigger you, or inspire you? I've found quite a few that force me into the headspace to CTB (though I've not acted on it yet), one being A Little Life and I've started Ghosts of my Past. I'm planning on reading Conspiracy against the Human Race, but both it and Ghosts are philosophical, and not fictional. Maybe this is better for random and not in discussion, but I would like to hear books that validate your feelings.
A Little Life reminds me a lot of my own life (bar some differences), and I get the feeling that my life will end similarly to my namesake.
Anyway, give me some book recommendations haha

This book triggered me; Amazon product ASIN B087BQRRTG because it showed corruption by wealthy white males is acceptable. It's what brought down Team Lotus. Whereas if a coloured or foreign person did a fraction of that stuff, well they will be sent home. Like Brexit.

In terms of recommendations, can't say enough good things about this book; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man's_Search_for_Meaning
How many books have got their own wiki page, that is how good this book is. At the time of the author's death in 1997, the book had sold over 10 million copies and had been translated into 24 languages

The Last Bling King - Mike Hockney. Its sort of a twisted play on The Great Gatsby. I may be spoiled but I'm not as fortune as one of the main characters, Sam. There's just something about his suicide that truly resonates with me. Haunts me when I think about this book.

Probably the bible. Jesus was a great teacher but the rest of it is just malarkey. All the magic and miracles, all the false history, all the extra rules and teachings that Jesus never spoke of or contradict what he supposedly said. It's also just a really poorly written book, as you would expect with so many writers and translations. Same thing applies for most of the famous religious texts, honestly.

It's sorta cliche, but "The Sorrows of Young Werther" made me think about ctb more often, I honestly don't really like the main character, and his reasons to ctb has nothing similar to mine, but since the book revolves around the topic, it made me think about it more.
Also, it's kinda absurd but The Brothers Karamazov also made me think about life more and if I am enjoying my life or not, also there was another suicide (spoiler I guess suicide of Smerdyakov ) and anything that has suicide in it inspires me in some sort of sense.
