NSFW Are sleeping pills a CTB option?

I've been looking for a while trying to get SN but can't find it anywhere or do the payment without help of others.
So I started to look for an alternative and found the overdose with any med or drugs.

As far as I've researched (not too much) it seems quite viable, similar to opioids overdose, but more accesible.
So I was wondering if it may be a good idea to look up and buy some sleeping pills, I still need to look up if there are any pills that work the best or if all are the same.

Do not try this. It will not work. I suggest you read the resources available here. OTC and prescription drug OD's do not work except in rare cases. You may end up in the hospital and maybe psych ward. Not to mention the long term health issues this may create.

As a reference, studies on suicide methods have shown drug poisoning as having around 5-13% success rates.

When I was younger and less informed I tried to ctb three times using OTC sleeping pills. Please don't try this. It will likely not work, even with current prescription sleeping aides (as far as I understand).

On top of that there is a horrible experience of toxic shock syndrome, which induces hallucinations. This was a horrible experience that still affects me decades later. Please look into methods that are more well documented.

As others have said, sleeping tablets don't have a high success rate but do have the potential for long lasting consequences which could leave you in a worse situation.

unfortunately, this is not a great idea.

you'll likely end up in the hospital, downing charcoal, and they'll slap a psych ward visit on top of that and then send you on your "merry" way.

I'm sorry that you have so much trouble finding attainable methods.

You find the best OD methods in the PPeH. Chances of success are relatively low if you don't have access to those meds and drugs that are mentioned in the PPeH.
