Heroin and Fent often get dismissed or brushed aside in favor of Nembutal and SN, even though from my research they seem to be almost the gold standard of peacefulness.
I looked over this thread and see how people who experienced almost fatal overdoses describe it as totally peaceful:

Hobos are able to get their hands on it. Just asking around on the street should be enough and if that doesn't work the dark net is also an option.
There are purity kits for Heroin. You can also add a drip with Heroin plus an injection to make absolutely sure.
If one does this in a place where you won't be found (very remote nature) or hotel room booked in advance a peaceful death should be almost a 100% guarantee.

I don't recommend anyone to kill themselves and to always consider other people in their life and how they will feel.
And to not make impulsive decisions, because emotions and opinions can change from week to week.

But if there is really no option left anymore this method seems ideal to end suffering.

I've got access to oxy, norco, valium, xanax, and alcohol. I've also got a 9 mm and I'm opting for the overdose because honestly the thought of putting a bullet in my head is scary. Ridiculous I know. I'm hoping the combo of the opioids, benzos, and alcohol will do the trick. I'll have 24 hours to myself--that ought to be enough to CTB

No, I relate to that. I don't think I could shoot myself it's definitely scary.

From personal experience they're extremely uncomfy. You'll be very nauseous and want to throw up everything since your first drink of breast milk. But at the same time you can hardly get your body to move and your just so cold and numb the entre time till you throw up enough that you choke and die or it's out of your system

With you there brother. It's supposedly fast, painless, reliable, right? But man. It's so different from drugs. It's almost as scary as jumping. The mutilation of the body doesn't sit right with me. I want to fall asleep.

Hmm. My lifetime experience with opioids is limited to a few low dose Oxys (they were GREAT). Does intravenous H make you puke? News to me.

I wouldn't know sorry, I made a promise to myself to never touch needles when I took my first hydro. I've smoked the stuff before and never felt like puking like I do with pills so I don't think it would

People describe the survival as uncomfy when they are woken up cold and stiff, not the process itself. I never have seen someone say a very high overdose (as they were overdosing) felt as you described, just the aftermath process. Was it the aftermath for you or the overdose process itself? If you inject enough you will be unconscious extremely quick anyway.

Here is another thread about people sharing their experiences and everyone so far is saying it's painless and nice:

Google says that low doses of opioids cause nauseau.

Honestly I was so strung out on them idk if it was the aftermath and my mind blanked out the actual high. I do know it sucked real bad

This is crazy to read…….an overdose over a gun to the head is so much more risky IMO but I do understand the fear

Yeah, when it comes down to it I will most likely use the gun. Psychiatrists don't ask if you have access to pills, they ask if you have access to firearms. Hell, maybe I'll swallow the pills as insurance in case the bullet doesn't take 🤷‍♀️
I've attempted suicide 3 times--twice by carbon monoxide (was resuscitated the first time unfortunately) and once by overdose of Elavil, so my track record isn't great. I don't want to wake up in the ER, or in the ICU again. Anyways that's quite a tangent I went on

I think you should consider the consequences if you're somehow saved after taking it. When I was considering using them I searched online and found videos on YouTube of people with varying levels of brain damage.

I don't understand how anyone could be saved from this unless a super unlikely miracle happens or their planning is just very poor.

Yes, if you do it at home when there's people around or in public. But otherwise... ?

I'm just worried because I take subs as prescribed 16mg/day (used to do H daily) so my opioid receptors are shot to hell. When I was in the hospital the first time (of like 5) for pancreatitis due to my drinking I made the mistake of not telling the doc of my opiate use. All they can really do for acute pancreatitis is give iv fluids (no fluid even water for 3 days) and fill you with painkillers. They started with normie levels of morphine and couldn't feel it. Eventually they worked up to the max of dilaudid they were legally allowed and even then it still hurt like a bitch. Worried if I tried I would fail due to tolerance.

If you end up trying I would shoot it instead of taking it orally. Can't puke it up and more efficacy.

Never happened to me but supposedly common. At the hospital when you get painkillers they first push an antiemetic through.
