Help Are Anti-emetics truly necessary?

I have ordered SN and am waiting on it, it was very easy to find online on an ebay like website - God bless the balkans I guess.

The issue I'm facing is acquiring the metoclopramide. I didn't want to go through the trouble of convincing my GP so I went online and found a UK based online pharmacy that sells it in 90 pill packs for 40€, 60€ with the faster delivery option. I am concerned though that there is the slight possibility that I might not be able to get the package, which would be a worst case scenario that has been troubling me, imagining that I might be left with the SN only and no Anti emetic which I really, really hope does not happen. But in case I might be faced with such an awful scenario, I was wondering if only SN, paracetamol and some sort of antacid would be enough to take my last breath. My thinking is that people have committed suicide in much more primitive ways and have still succeeded, although I guess many haven't, so I was hoping even if I'm left without metoclopramide, after vomitting and drinking the second cup the amount of SN in my system would be enough to kill me. I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's opinions. Reading about and talking with like-minded people has lowered my anxiety a lot and I can't wait for everything to finally arrive. Things are actually not so bad now that I've been able to set my mind to it.

I don't have antiemetics. I got SN, benzo, ibuprofen and propranolol - that's all and it's more than enough. The lethal dose of SN is about 1/2 g, we dissolve 25 g or 35 g in a cup (depending on body weight). No matter how much you throw up, you'll get enough, even without another cup.

I wouldn't attempt SN without the antiemetics if I were you. 60 euro for 90 pills, that's a ripoff! I paid just 4 euros for 40 pills in my country Macedonia and this was in a legit pharmacy, not some shady place.

No, i needed the prescription, but obtaining it was easy as pie. I lied to my doctor that i had nauseating migraines and he gave me the prescription.

Don't bet on your death man. Just get the generic meto off the pharmacy and it'll be much more pleasureable for you to end it all.

30mg metoclopramide 40 minutes before ingesting SN. That's what the protocol says.

They're not strictly necessary but I don't think it's something worth gambling on.

Out of curiosity what would the ibuprofen help with? I am planning to take SN and have some prescription strength Ibuprofen but nothing else.

Ibuprofen is drunk in order to reduce stomach pains and headaches, it has another purpose. An alternative to Ibuprofen is aracetamol, so the goal is to reduce/remove the pain caused by SN and in no other way affect the process.

You can still do it without the antiemetics but personally, I don't want to be vomiting a lot in my final moments. I know some people still vomit with the antiemetics, but it's probably better than without them at all.

Anyway, I wouldn't do it without some serious anti-nausea stuff. Vomiting up most of it makes it useless and can damage you if you don't then realise what happens, and call for medical attention.
