According to this post 25g of SN is 1.5625 US tablespoons (just over one and a half tablespoons).

Please be aware that tablespoon measures are not a standard size. The same post points out that US, UK & Canadian, and Australian tablespoons each hold different amounts.

Depending on where you are, you could convert 1.56 US tablespoons to US teaspoons.

A member who seems to have recently ctb with SN wrote this:

I've looked for some tips on the internet and found that one tea spoon is 5-6 grams of powder. So I will just use 5 tea spoons.
thank you everyone.

She has not been back since, so it seems to have worked.

Ok thank you. I have meto and SN but no scales. I'm thinking tonight is the night, I'll be using Stan's stat method.

Just get a food scale, so you know it's exact.

Approximate grams in a teaspoon, I don't know but remember that when someone has researched this they have probably found it on a cooking site relating to flour/sugar/salt (so not necessarily accurate because those weights are all different too) & it will be referring to a teaspoon measure. Teaspoons that you use for general stuff, like making tea/coffee or eating are hugely varied in size so at least use a measuring teaspoon if you're not going to use scales.

I'll do the best I can to get it right. I'll start a document thread later tonight. Thanks.

Use a scale if you possibly can. The volume can be different depending on the purity and texture of the SN. Given that there's not much leeway between "too little, it will be long and painful" and "too much, it will cause you to puke immediately," it's quite important to be as accurate as you can.
