The OP isn't telling you the full story. The OP took a sip of SN and immediately spit it out (so didn't even swallow it). They've been to the ER and have been to the doctors whom according to the OP on their other threads have said they were fine. Why are there so many threads of this? Hmmm.........and the OP just joined......hmmmm.......

I trust what the PPEH says and they say SN is a reliable and peaceful method. So it will be my backup plan!
Lol I don't know why everyone's kinda attacking me , I used to have a different account and deleted it and made a new one. I've been lurking for over a year.
