I think life is a precious thing , and I'm grateful to be able to experience this beautiful planet. Society and how life works on this planet is one of the biggest reason's why I'm going to CTB , part of this could come from my depression but I simply just look at certain people and I hate them. I've questioned my life multiple times , and truly asked myself if I really want to kill myself. I've thought of what could happen if my life did get better and I stopped having depression, would I want to live that life? Honestly, no. If there's any solution to all my issues, I don't want it simply because I just don't want to be here, life wasn't meant for me.

It's hard to like life when you look at it objectively. I envy everyone who willingly partakes in this society as I have no motivation to do anything in life.

Pretty much. I look at things like society, what's expected of me, what's possible for me...and I just don't want any of it. Everyone else around me has something they're after in this world. I don't. So my life doesn't matter to me, and playing along with its game is something I just don't care to do. Because of that, I don't see the point.

Yes, partly and also because of hating myself and my life. It's a combination of all these factors that makes me want to CTB.

Not just because I dislike this society. I hate it. To survive you have to play by its rules however. So ctb is the only way out of this hell for me.

I am legitimately so disturbed by the meat industry/the state of recycling efforts/peoples general disinterest in changing their habits which are unhealthy for the environment that I would rather CTB than constantly have a feeling which is a mix of shaking people repeatedly while screaming in their faces or just curling up into a crying ball of despair.

If you had to print the rule book on paper there would be no rain forest left , the people in power make rules for the sake of making them and are often the ones breaking them . You have to be careful what you say now or you might break a rule , we are not free we are prisoners .I hate the modern world and the way most people are brainwashed into thinking they must have the latest gadget to the point of were they are allowing a device in their house that is listening to them 24 hours a day , i`d love to drop out and buy a forest and live off grid but of course you cant because of rules (uk. if you buy land or a forest etc you can only put a tent on it for over 2 weeks a year let alone live on it )

The problem is in me because I have bad genes. I hate myself and feel terminally ill without a chance to change anything. But society is objectively guilty of the fact that it does not give the right to euthanasia and assisted suicide, I don't even need euthanasia - I just need the opportunity to go and safely buy N legally in a pharmacy. Society and the state uses us as slaves and a resource, as a substitute for mechanisms and a provider of commodity-money relations. Society is also to blame for allowing people with bad genes to give birth to sick children, although this could have been avoided, but the state needs as many slaves and consumers as possible, they have found ways to make money even on people with disabilities. Such a society goes against the foundations of biology and evolution - this is the path to degradation and degeneration.

That's it. For finding job you have to convince others you are the best over a lot of people. You have to ignore the requisites in the job offers. You have to be who you aren't. That is why I can't find jobs : they ask to be organized, social, without mood crisis. I'm sorry. I'm not.

I've never felt like I belonged in this society. I've never fit in, I hate social norms, I hate most of the people around me, I hate social media, I hate celebrity culture, I hate sports culture and I hate the direction things are going politically.
Society doesn't even seem to have any values any more aside from making money and getting famous. But a sense of belonging? Common purpose? Hope for a better future? Nothing

I hate human beings as we are the cause of most suffering to each other and innocent animals. Their general stupidity and sheep mentality also bothers me greatly. Combine evil/little empathy with stupidity and you get most human beings. They reproduce like a plague too.

If there was a button to exterminate them I'd smash it.

But the reason I want to ctb is not that but simply a clinical severe depression which makes life unbearable.

This is a driving reason for me wanting to CTB, yes. I have seen so much hypocrisy and bullshit in society and human nature in general (not all humans but the majority of them) to know that this society, world is fucked up. Growing up I wasn't so jaded and cynical, but after being burned, disappointed, and even betrayed by people I thought were my friends or on my side, I've simply just lost faith in humanity as a whole. There are a few good humans and compassionate humans, but those are far and few.

I don't agree with the premise of well if you don't hold a positive outlook on life then you are depressed nor the premise that depressed people are mentally ill and unable to make decisions for themselves.

At the moment, people can not be considered a truly intelligent form of life, they gave themselves too much to the instincts and animal parts of their biology. Society indulges the most base animal instincts: only consume, eat, shit, fuck and spawn like locusts, fight for social statuses, humiliate the weaker, enjoy violence and so on. Perhaps people are only a temporary transitional form on the path of evolution to the real intelligent forms of life. For example, AI. Perhaps humanity can be corrected by creating a symbiosis between humans and computers, making the human species a part of AI and the network. This is a possible way out and a solution to the majority of problems (but there will be new problems).

I disagree that we aren't intelligent, we are the most developed species on the planet lol! It's a miracle the ways we learn to manipulate nature. Cars, homes with heating and air, medical technology, computers. But I understand what ure getting at and not all people are equal in intelligence and abilities.

This is definitely in the background of everything else fueling my ctb desires. I can't stand what society has become, and feel like I just don't belong in today's social media obsessed competition. I feel like I'm an old soul who was meant to thrive in simpler, more grounded times, like I did 2008 and prior, growing up. I actually made a whole thread about this before here, believe it or not lol: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...ty-is-enough-to-want-to-ctb-on-its-own.14120/

It starts with one, then a few, then some, a significant number, then most, finally all. I don't think the planet is beautiful, at least not in the last 300 years or so. If it were nuked to hell, I'd say good riddance. (well, ig I'd be dead)

I am absolutely not entering a discussion on a suicide forum with anyone on here. Please note.

But I am mainly tired of the political correct leftist society I live in nowadays. Like I can't stand certain groups (not going to elaborate because I will offend some people)/hot topics of today.

People make such a big deal out of everything. It disgusts me. And pretty much with 99% of the people I come across I can tell they have that mentality.

That definitely contributes to my reason to CTB because I don't see any hope of that getting better in the future. I guess I (at age 21) have already become too old school

Well of course if we create a word to describe a method of survival that only we and some primates use, we look good. Now, what's all this "progress" for? The coral reefs go extinct, intelligent life will too. Humans go extinct the planet will flourish, and in less than 10% of modern human history (200k years) there wouldn't be a trace left on Earth's surface.

None of those inventions even make the top 100 most important inventions in history. For the most part it's either a waste of resources or made to fix another problem we caused doing something else. (ex: Creating chemo to fix problems caused by industrial pollution and agriculture). Discoveries of nature (usually rocks or plants) have lead to the majority of positive development in history.

I'm not sure if they fully count as leftists but I hate the SJW's which in a nutshell is a group who thinks they speak for other people when they don't. Colored people, LGBT's, sexual assault victims etc and try to turn their problems into propaganda fuel to either achieve some agenda or take down something simply because they don't like it basically dehumanizing those people.
