Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I plan on getting surgery soon. I have gotten minor procedures done like botox (DIY)

I also did some microneedling with a professional grade machine but that shit lowkey hurts too much and I can't bother using lidocaine. Also the results are kinda mid. I have done red light therapy and RF too. RF works decently although mild. I instead would like to get a temple lift or something like that. RF works but is mild at best. RLT didn't help that much and if it did it was very subtle.

I also used saline with a bit of HA and gave myself filler for about a day. Only experimenting with it I'm not sure if I want to commit to filler but I looked pretty good with it.

This is in conjunction with all the injectables/orals I use the list is too long but my main stack is

Daily
5mg minoxidil
20mg tadalafil
500mg metformin
50mg eplerenone
15k UI D3
500mcg K2
100mg progesterone
Every other day
600mg glutathione (inj)
70mg Testosterone
1.5g vitamin C (inj)

I take other things but they are situational. Like BAM15, T3, Clen when cutting or Proviron when I want to give my girlfriend a good time. I also have a ton of support medicine in case something goes wrong.
Raloxifen or aromasin if my estrogen levels get too high. Caber if my prolactin ever gets to high (only happens when on tren)

I am trying to stray away from it though and thin my stack down as I prepare for marriage.

I will probably just cut down to minoxidil, tadalafil, test, and I will add dutasteride.

The occasional glutathione and vitamin c shot to reduce oxidative stress.
Honestly the metformin is good longevity pill. You can never have too much insulin sensitivity.

It's dirt cheap too. Only issue is that it gives me heartburn. The extended release is a little bit pricier but still very very cheap.

Before I ended up in my shitty situation I was actually considering getting like seven or eight different things "corrected" via plastic surgery.

But either way, don't give yourself HA injections unless you're a trained professional! DIY fillers are not worth it if you could cause irreversible never damage, blindness or tissue death.
