I'm currently about 2 weeks into TMS treatment, specifically rTMS for my anxiety.

I've tried numerous anti-depressant drugs and they have done nothing except my depression and anxiety worse.

I feel like I'm at my last hope with TMS but haven't noticed any results yet, in fact some days my anxiety spikes worse and I go into a series of hyperventilating.

I really would like to continue living but at the moment my anxiety, depression, and SI is off the charts. Plus I've become reliant on sleeping pills for sleep.

If there's any other treatment or therapies out there, let me know as I am trying to hold on every single day I can.

I'm about halfway through. The suicidal thoughts have decreased but I'm still depressed and anhedonic. A lot of people do say though that it may not hit until treatment is almost over, so do keep trying until it's finished.

Yea, I'm still about 4 weeks out from finishing treatment. I would have so much anxiety that I couldn't sit in the chair for 30 minutes straight (even with a break every 10 minutes) so I'm currently getting what's called Theta Bursts which only lasts for 45 seconds but say it's as effective as regular TMS. I've also heard of Ketamine but it seems like that leads to insomnia which is the last thing I need now.
