I'm pretty sure there were several factors that led to the investigation and not just particularly that case. You might as well go on and judge every single person who has died that left all the information inside of their technology. That's endangering the website as well and has led to investigations also.

I don't think anyone is denying his right to die. Purposely trying to have this resource taken away from others after using it yourself is hypocritical and cruel.

Supporting his rights and giving him a pass for shitty behavior just because he is dead are not synonymous.


Ctb without wiping your browser history is completely different as you are not intentionally doing something to affect others. Even in that case maybe reading your post could help the family/friends gain closure. That's different from leaving a note saying 'shut down this site'.

Agree if that's true. But at best, I have the doubt that the note is made up only by prevention propagandists who are clear with their intention. We can't prove that note is real either fake, we don't even know under what name CA's son's account here.

it's done a number of ways but most commonly, people use info that you've already given voluntarily over chat and various social media platforms. the other method is through hackers and spammers, although this method is a lot less common.

I'm sorry to hear you've been through similar. You've got admirable restraint and dignity to not mention one of them. How can they not see that cyberstalking and bullying is a complete contradiction to their cause. They haven't got the guts to contact your family - groups like them hide behind one another.

There was a regular SS member, WornOutLife, who's since left the site to try living; he was also doxed and it wouldn't surprise me if the group played a part in his departure. Another member, Rue89, sadly ended their life as the result of getting doxed.
