Around how many buisness days did it take to arrive, and were you required to be present at time of delivery to give a physical signature? Any insight would be appreciated.

You're thinking of the same one I am.
So I actually ended up ordering from them, and they took about a week and a half but sent it out and it is currently in transit. They mentioned that it may be necessary to submit a TSCA form in to the courier before they will deliver which I'm hoping will not end up being the case.

Update! So it did end up being held up at customs, and I had a bit of a confusing situation where I had to call FedEx multiple times for information on what to do, they said that I needed to submit a document stating the end use of the item, but would not give guidance beyond that.

To kill two birds with one stone, I filled out a TSCA form which you can find online from FedEx, explained the end use in the item's description in the form, and submitted it to them. A couple of days later they said I would need to submit an FDA Prior Notice, to which I replied that the item was not a foodstuff nor would it be used for any such purpose (I declared the use in the TSCA form as a "reagent for color film developing chemistry").

I received no response and I was ready to just let it go, but yesterday morning I received an email from FedEx that my package had been released by customs. It has not yet moved from the point of entry, but it seems like I will be receiving it soon!

I figure something that may have helped is that I have an actual registered LLC that deals in film related equipment so I listed it under 'company name' in my order, even though the order was being sent to my actual residential address. They did not ask for any actual verification or documentation regarding it, so just something to keep in mind.

I ended up ordering from DSL, but on the off chance something goes wrong, I still have a TSCA form filled out for BO. I have no company affiliation and listed the end use as an "Oxidizing agent in wood staining solution for styling". Hope it works out for the both of us.

One more update, I just got the package in today! So as far as I can tell, BO, and by extension BM and CT are legit sources of KN and reliable to the US at least

@Lilithium I didn't know BO sold KN-is that why you had to fill in a form or would that be the case for SN now as well do you think? So BO is completely legit? I'd much rather get it from BM but they don't ship to the UK. I'm unaware of what CT is, any clues there? Will you test it? Sorry so many questions!

BO sells it, they have it listed in their site and all I did was add to cart and order, no form was needed for them. As far as I can see they seem to be out of stock for SN but still have KN listed. The form I had to fill out was once it had been shipped and it had arrived at US customs, and it was FedEx that requested it as they needed some sort of declaration of what the end use of the item would be. I do not know what the situation would be like with regards to shipping to the UK.

I meant to type CM, not CT, that was my bad. BO, BM, and CM are all operated by the same company I believe, difference being CM seems to be based in Germany whereas BO and BM are based in Poland.

I will likely test it at some point, can't say I will do so anytime soon as having the KN in hand has actually given me some peace of mind to where I don't feel as much urgency to ctb, and I don't want to break the seal on the container just yet.

Hope this answers some of your questions, but feel free to ask anything you still have questions about!

Smart! I just gave up when FedEx asked me to fill out the form. Figured I couldn't BS it well enough.

Thank you very much! I just checked and saw they sold it. I actually got SN from them last year and it was super easy (almost too easy) so was just wondering if it's still the case or whether they'd cracked down. I've always been a bit uneasy about them being a reseller (I think) for BM and it being so easy to order but might just be being paranoid there. I knew BO had both a Polish and German store but maybe they changed one of the names recently to avoid confusion.

I've not heard of a courier needing that sort of declaration before-I wonder if it's a new thing or just when ordering KN?

I know what you mean about peace of mind. I've also not touched mine as don't want to open til I test. Thank you again!
