Anyone have a PDF of Geo Stone's "Suicide and Attempted Suicide: Methods and Consequences?" It's very expensive to buy online. I haven't seen a PDF available online anywhere, but I wonder if it got taken out of search results. I imagine there must be a copy somewhere. Any thoughts?
