Help Anyone has experience with VSED?

Before someone mentions it, yes, I know this is a non-method. I'm still going to try it. If I want to back out half-way, I'll just do so (slowly to avoid refeeding syndrome).

Has anyone tried this method or heard of a healthy person who tried it?

My plan is to keep drinking water but not eating food. So, vse in short.

Water will keep you alive for weeks or even months, depending on your weight. The record for longest span without eating is over a year. Just stopping eating is even less effective than VSED.

Being dehydrated is the worst part. As long as you're drinking water it's really just a fast.

Generally, VSED is used with people that are very sick and they receive medications to deal with the symptoms.

How long?

About a week. I know people who've gone much longer without eating but still drinking water.
