Fr tho its a lot of guilt about shit from my past thats kind of resurfaced in my mind from the past month. And I've kinda come to the conclusion that I'm never really gonna be able to kick the guilty feeling in my chest or stop the intrusive thoughts. So I figured CBT is the best way out that will minimise whatever pain I may cause to people in the long run
