Thinking of all the various places I could CTB in, I'd like to CTB at Center Parcs. I have fond memories of going on holiday there loads of times, mostly of when my mother was still alive. It was really after she passed away we went to Center Parcs less often before stopping for ages.

I know hotels are discussed often when it comes to finding places one can CTB in. Whenever you needed a lot of time to yourself, many people would recommend renting a hotel room for a couple or a few days (depending on how quick your CTB method was), while leaving a 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door to prevent cleaners from coming in until after your time's up.

Usually whenever people have suggested a Bed 'n Breakfast for whatever reason, some people have advised against it not only because of the trauma it can cause the staff, but because they would also have to have some awkward meetings with the police at will also be very unpleasant to deal with. I dunno if this is the same case with Air Bed 'n Breakfasts I've been hearing about more often.

Center Parcs is mainly a group of lodges (but does also have a couple of hotel like blocks). It's also a big chain in the UK, so I wonder if they have some sort of extra insurance/protection/procedures when it comes to deaths happening in their own property like most hotels apparently have. I've tried looking up on their website and sadly can't really find anything to help me figure out.

Obviously I don't plan on doing anything selfish like CTBing in the swimming area. Worst inconvenience I would likely cause is one of the lodges would be unavailable to book for a couple-few weeks. (Although it wouldn't surprise me if some people still thought that was a big no-no.)

What are your guys' thoughts? Would you think this would be okay or should I just stick with renting a room in a big-chain hotel?

Having been myself, I honestly think this could be ideal tbh. The cabins are pretty spaced out so you wouldn't need to worry so much about noise etc, and there's usually so many guests and so much to do, that they aren't going to notice if you didn't turn up for breakfast one day or something, like they probably would at a b&b or a smaller hotel. There's also so many woods and private areas if you decided the cabin wasn't the best idea. I definitely wouldn't think you'd be the first, somewhere like that.

Yeah I'm not too worried about getting caught because I'd choose one of the lodges instead of a hotel room there and I'd be going by myself.

I know chaos CTBing anywhere outside of your own home is always going to happen, it's just my main concern is I wouldn't want to get any staff members into trouble with the police for finding my dead body.

I love Center Parcs! I only went once when I was about 6 or 7, but it was so much fun - I think I went to the Sherwood Forest location. The cabins there are very secure from what I remember, so CTB in a cabin there could be super ideal, as well as having surrounding woods and how deep the forests go, I don't think anybody would find you straight away (I don't know about security cameras) but it should be alright. I hope you find what you're looking for:heart:

Sherwood Forest and Elveden Forest are the two I remember going to. The Swimming areas and bowling are awesome. I also did badminton and pigeon clay shooting activities fairly regularly. I even went horse riding, but only the once.

Yes! The indoor swimming was great, I remember there being a kiddy pool area that had this cave-slide thing? And the restaurants inside the shopping centre were great, I loved it. I didn't do anything like that, that sounds so lovely oh my goodness! Center Parcs is fantastic.
