I sometimes overdose on smaller amounts of pain meds. Like aspirin and Ibuprofen just for the feeling that i self harmed.

I don't actually like the feeling feeling dizzy or to have an inability to react which is ironic given that this is how I'll feel immediately before I actually do it.

I do it with codeine, I used to take like atleast 250-300mg of codeine with a couple of shots of vodka every few weeks but now it's more often. Think I'm getting addicted. But I love the way it makes me feel. I just wish i could do it everyday but it's not possible.
I did in the past. Can't do it now due to work.. plus I can't risk being sectioned. If I do it now, I never gonna return.

I used to with prescription meds and sometimes cough syrups. But now starvation has a more powerful effect. Or simply beating myself black and blue until I can't feel my arms.
