Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What we tried so far: (by we I mean the psychiatrist and I):
- Lexapro (Escitalopram): did absolutely nothing other than making me sleepy
- Zoloft (Sertraline): did absolutely nothing, didn't even make me sleepy
- Xanax (Alprazolam): did absouletly nothing, didn't even make me sleepy
- Ativan (Lorazepam): did absoultely nothing, didn't even make me sleepy
- Remeron (Mirtazapine): did absoultely nothing, didn't even make me sleep

I'm currently on Zyprexa (Olanzapine) and Paxil (Paroxetine). I think these are the closest to actually doing something but I still have pure O, I still want to kill the fuck myself and I'm still a depressed mess so I wouldn't call them a success.

This is the 3rd psychiatrist I'm seeing. She has 5 starts. She is actually very good and she does this cause she enjoys it. (She works in both private and state financed facilities)
So its not her. Its me. Me and my fucking brain.

I second the idea of gene site testing. I would've gone through like 5 different drugs before getting on the one that actually works for me otherwise. Also something to note is that, in my experience, depression meds won't actually decrease your suicidality, they only help with symptoms like low energy, lack of interest in things, etc. Good luck with finding the right medication. I think that there's definitely something out there that will help you, you just need to find it <3.

From what I can remember, pretty much all of them did nothing or made things worse.

Lithium, Risperidone, Lexapro, Abilify, Seroquel (never again), Prozac (never again), Wellbutrin (idk if it even does anything but it's the only one I'm still taking).

Vyvanse (only tried low dosage) was the only thing that felt like it helped, not for the depression/suicidal ideation, but to counteract the extreme tiredness/motivation loss caused by the Prozac. I'd rather deal with the OCD/anxiety than take Prozac again.

I was on risperidone, it's the shittiest medicine I ever took after olanzapine and paroxetine which only gave me terrible diarrhea, low energy which is what they are supposed to fix.

I'm on lithium and lexapro, now. Lexapro works only sometimes but lithium makes my brain stop completely and I can't do anything but lay down on my bed. And lithium makes you pee a lot

Same, I'm resistent.
You gonna climb that ladder of drugs and combination, it's what psychiatrist do. People respond differently to treatment and that's why there is multiple lines.

I'm now on esctilopram, Lamotrigine, Propranolol, bromazepen and quetipine -antipsychotic for sleep- i i was on olenzepine for a while but stopped working
Tbh, bromazepen was added 10 days ago since all the above didn't help, i felt empty and numb but I'm glad since the depression and anxiety settled down.
Unfortunately, the last two days are bad and I'm depressed and anxious again.
Drugs are tricky, you gotta give it a shot and step up that ladder until you can't no more.
Also, try therapy with the drugs they complement each other.

The crappy paxil fell so, so fucking short with me. It did next to nothing. My period of peak anxiety and suicidality happened on it.
When I told my psychiatrist, she said she won't do nothing about it :pfff:

For me it took forever to find the right medications that worked. Psychiatry is still (surprisingly) not an exact science, and they're not even sure how a lot of these medications work. It truly is just trial and error, which really does suck. It's nothing wrong with your brain, just simply that there's still so little research

I feel you. I also have depression, anxiety, and pure O. Hell combination.
- fluoxetine: did nothing.
- sertraline: made me manic, nearly killed myself twice, didnt help my depression at all.
- quetiapine: great for sleep, didnt help my mood. Had to stop because it gave me a prolonged QT interval.
- citalopram: did nothing. Attempted once while on it.
- Ritalin: marginally helped my ADHD, made my anxiety 10x worse. I never take it.
- atomoxetine: did nothing, no withdrawals when I stopped it.
- venlafaxine: currently doing nothing. I'm titrating up to the max dose now.
- medicinal marijuana: takes the edge off. Makes me feel like an addict (I probably am).

If the venlafaxine doesnt work I might ask for TMS. I feel like if that doesn't work nothing will.
