These days I feel stressed because a lot of things and it gives me nausea (without vomiting). It began when I was 16 because of too much stress in high school.
If anyone else has nausea because of (severe) anxiety, I'd like to hear your experience. I cannot take meto because of side effects for another health problem I have.
I'm so tired.

Yes, it's horrible. I end up throwing up when it's really severe. People that say 'everyone has anxiety' don't understand how bad an anxiety disorder can be. I feel like my body is wrecked after an attack.

I used to tell my mum that I was sick every day before school. I was bullied my whole life, so I developed asocial anxiety that made me feel like I was constantly being watched. The thought of going outside, sitting next to somebody, anything scared me.
It took me years to understand that the reason I felt so ill and nauseous was because of anxiety. It really is terrible. I've never been taken seriously enough to be offered medication or anything, so I've just had to deal with it.

Yes. I barely eat now. I feel it in my arms and legs a lot, but also my stomach. My mouth always has a metallic taste to it too. I don't take anything for it. I don't know what to do. Just dream of it all ending. I'm tired too.

Before my life changed I would brew coffee first thing every morning. Loved to drink it while I read something. For a few years there I really liked the life I had. Now way I could drink it now. Would be way too much, so I know exactly what you mean. Makes me sad to think about.

I heard it all my life too "Everyone has anxiety" but they don't know what it really is. It is a mental illness. It's not "just anxiety, you worry to much bla bla bla".

I don't throw up, but I'm only comfortable having so many people around me at one time. Once the crowd starts getting bigger, my anxiety really kicks in, and I have to get out of there. Which sucks for me because I miss going to bars.

Yes, I have suffered from chronic anxiety since childhood and I often feel nauseous, sometimes to the point of vomiting. It's terrible and most people don't understand. Know that you are not alone. đź’™

Intense nausea few days ago induced by anxiety. I wanted to vomit really bad thinking it would help, but I can't. It's also not good to force a vomit. I felt really cold and even had chills for a bit. I had to take another dose of antipsychotic fearing a full-blown panic attack.

Not currently anxious but I have the same problem when I am. I feel nausea, my apetite is diminished and I have a feeling of heaviness on my chest. I usually need a few days to calm down. Mine also began in high school due to stress.

Which antipsychotic do you take ? I just took another valium dose because I almost vomit at the moment. it makes me drowsy but I don't have any alternative. I think I'll ctb before 2026. I really cannot handle anymore. Just suffering, isolation, nobody understand me and I'm already dead inside.
