Just wondering the title. I was abandoned at birth in a fucking alley, and my adoptive parents didn't treat me great. They tried their best, but they trusted the wrong people in their church and were ill-equipped to deal with a child with deep mental health issues. These things are so built into my psyche. I don't know if I can ever get over these things, honestly.

Anyone else adopted here? Share your experience
