To answer Angie's question: "I wanted to ask if you did G and K take veterinary luquid nembutal if so do you know how much they took ? 1 bottle or 2 ? if it was liquid ."

G. took 15 grams of powder. K. took 12 grams of powder and 6.3 grams of liquid (one bottle). A. took 15 grams of powder. All the powder was in no more than 1/3 a cup of water.

It was always recommended on the Exit forum that 2 bottles of liquid (6.3 grams each) be used, even though Nitschke said it was possible to be successful with 1 bottle. Personally, I wouldn't want to take the chance; however, if there was enough time before being found, who knows? On the Final Exit site, as mentioned many times, a person who took one bottle of liquid was found and taken to the hospital where she was resuscitated. (Perhaps she didn't give herself enough time, but again, there's no way of knowing.) Nitschke also said that drinking some form of alcohol with the N would help potentiate it (cause it to be more potent).

Then, the never-ending questions about taste! A strong mouthwash such as Botot numbs the tongue and makes it nearly impossible to taste anything. (Hold it in your mouth until your eyes start watering and your nose runs.) If people are in enough pain (like the 3 girls mentioned), they don't bother about the taste – they just drink it down and are asleep in 5 minutes or less and are deceased in about 45.

I seen this one but thats a concentrated dose of only 50ml thats at dignitas .
200ml is a lot more .

So they all took the powdered N .same as dignitas
Its the liquid i was wondering about
I know there was a couple people on here took just 120 ml 2x60ml they got from A ,and they seem to have been sucessfull with that amount ,but how long it takes goodness knows .

Just found a video on u tube of robert schwartz . he is drinking a large amount liquid nembutal given to him by his doctor , it's allowed where he lives .
wonder if that nembutal is different from the veterinary nembutal . He took a while to drink it , he didn't comment on the taste though so maybe not the same nembutal .

Vet nembutal may have different fillers and the taste may be slightly different. If you watch the video of a Swiss woman in YouTube who takes Dignitas nembutal, she does say that it tastes bad, however it was not a big issue for her. So I believe both vet N and Dignitas N taste bad.

On the video i'm talking about it looked like 200 in his glass , and they said it was liquid nembutal. hence why i wondered if it was same taste as the veterinary one . And his was supplied by a doctor .

Really it tastes like nothing you had before its really bitter chemical taste the N.

But the glas of the doctor is max 100 ml.
And it's still not great the taste.
The euthanasia team told me its taste like anise because of their mix.

I mean come on ! They can alter the taste of almost any industrial shit food made of fucking plastic these days ! I think the reason they leave N taste really horrible is to check your determination, don't you think so? Sure they (espcially the legal euthanasia teams) could easily mix something in to blend the taste....

I am in the process of euthanasia and am approved for it. The team warned me they cannot change the taste of it, only try to mask it with a strong syrup that taste like anise. But they said, still the aftertaste is bitter and all people shake the face they said because of it hahaha.

Good point. A quick search and the stuff we used is 390mg per ml. That's a pretty big difference.

TOK, jgm, thanks for asking. If being on the phone counts as "being a witness"... I sent the following to someone who wanted to know the time it takes to sleep after taking the N. The 3 girls mentioned were members of the Exit forum in 2013-14 and they left on different dates:

"I'm not sure of the exact times for G. and K., as around 2 or 3 minutes after taking the N, they must have dropped their cell phones and I heard nothing more. After A. took the powdered N, she spoke for a minute or two longer and then went to sleep. The phone, being a land line, didn't go out."

"The receiver was apparently close to her mouth and I heard and recorded everything from start to finish, so I can probably give you the exact times if I listen, which I haven't had the heart to do yet and that was in 2014. (We had become friends, emailed and talked on the phone for several weeks before she left.) After a few minutes she began to breathe heavily, which lasted about 35 to 40 minutes, then it became softer and ceased at around 45 minutes. It sounded very peaceful - no convulsions or noises of any kind except the breathing. She was a very gentle, kind soul and it was sad to lose her. When I called the next morning, her family said she was gone."

Re taste: One said after drinking, "That's wasn't so bad", another just said it smelled like gasoline, and A .had trouble getting it down because she hadn't mixed the powder well enough and it was in clumps. (Needs to be put in a small jar and shaken.) A person can numb the tongue with a strong mouthwash or alcohol before drinking, then eat a peppermint patty afterward.
