Discussion anyone also feels better at night?

night time is my Favorites time, i also love rainy days, darkness in general, everything else is too overwhelming.. this has made my life very complicated, can someone relate to any of these?

I have my darkest thoughts at night but I also prefer night to day. In the daylight I'm too visible to the world (even though I haven't left my flat for over 2 weeks), daytime is just too exposed.

I find an unnatural kind of comfort in darkness. I think we all do 'cause its the only thing that never leaves no natter what. It gives us shelter when the light leaves us alone.Its amusing how, when we were kids, were so afraid from dark and now that's the onlyy place we want to be at. Or maybe its because of the darkness that we realise how our own shadow leaves us alone along with the others.

I have found my people! Night time is so... soothing for me. I think it's because at night/late evening the day is over and you aren't expected to do anything, you can just be. I also love rain and heavily clouded days.

Between 11pm till 2am is my favorite time. Everybody's gone to bed so I can finally relax, enjoy the silence and think clearly. I love the rain too but stormy nights are my favorite. I'll let the storm blow over then turn off the lights, open the windows and listen to some soothing music. That smell after the storm

Love the rain, or a storm, especially at night. I prefer the winter to other seasons, too. But the night itself, it's great. I feel like I'm the only person in the world, a lot of the time.

I might add that night time is the only time I could exit, by the way. Maybe it's due to my desire to go in peace, feeling neutral and at ease, but when I go it will be at night.

I love night too, if I can stay asleep; I don't have any fear of what is happening to my body, I don't feel any physical pain, unless it becomes so strong to wake me up.
It makes me want to sleep and not to wake up.
I also like rainy days, or cloudy. Whatever keeps away the noise of people enjoying themselves.
I used to hate rain and hope for a sunny and warm day when I was in my full health and free to live my life. It didn't last enough..

It's not so much nighttime itself, but more that everyone's gone to bed and can't bother me! I have trouble going to sleep on my own at a decent time because it can be so hard to tear myself away from that solitude.

I wish I could live nocturnally and not have people get mad at me for "giving up" or deliberately neglecting myself. I'd rather just be alone.

I too like night better. And cloudy rainy days. I think it's because I can sleep, and even if I do not, there is nothing expected of me. If it is sunny and bright, I'm expected to function. A sunny morning with the birds singing makes me feel horrible and depressed.
