i kno it seems contradictory but my health anxiety really really reduces my quality of life and contributes a lot to me wanting to end my life. It makes it feel even more important for me to end things by my own hands. I can't be tortured by forces out of my control anymore.

Anyways just wondering if anybody else deals w the same thing? Am i alone here?
