Discussion Anybody here from Japan?

If I am being honest, one reason I am posting this is to try and get the search box feature as soon as possible, but I want to take this opportunity to ask if there are other people here from Japan considering suicide.

I think here in Japan suicide is extremely normalized in ways such as trains jinshinjiko, and i think suicide of students from elementary ~ high school was an all time high this year in japan?
But mainly, I want to know how much of people on this page are Japanese, and how they found this forum. Thank you!

So it's still possible to die there? I've been having people in the comment sections saying "there are always police patrolling", "you'll be found" and all that.

For me that place is poetic and beautiful in a sense. A forest where people who can't take the pain of life and so they head there to end their lives. A place in which they hope to never be found and die surrounded by others who felt the same way.

I originally used to look at the mental health forum on 5ch, but it looked like it might disappear in the future due to domain closures and such, so I searched around and ended up here.
It's comfortable here (well, I'm just a lurker though...).
By the way, has anyone ordered from Japan using DSL? I can't find any information from people who have ordered from Japan, so I'm hesitant to take the plunge because I'm worried that the product might get stopped somewhere, or worse, I might get arrested.

still possible im sure, but there are volunteers and guards recently, i also heard the ministry of health labour and welfare started implementing drones with infrared cameras to find people

they also do hanging, sorry for not clarifying. yes. many hang themselves as well. but if you go deep enough you are already done for, you have already chosen a slow method to die

Interesting I have been struggling with survival instinct a lot so maybe if i was lost in such a forest alone and without food or water it probably is a lot easier to overcome survival instinct with full suspension hanging because of physical suffering of a slow death.
