  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

mee. Maybe if society was different (didn't have to worry about coping with my garbage body/brain and capitalism at the same time.) no one deserves to live in a world like ours but chronic pain just makes it even harder.

Chronic pain and the forced living situation where I don't have my own space to cry and have my things is the issue. I'd hang on until the bitter end if I had my own place to live.

Yes I have MS which impacts the brain. That's the only reason I'm here.

Currently my nerve pain comes about sporadically and for short periods. The longest was 8 days, the last few days of which I spent in emergency under sedation. But it's eventually going to be permanent. My immune system is suppressing it 24/7 and it won't be able to forever. When that happens, ctb will likely be the only option. When it really flares up, it's not possible to live with, it is extreme jolting pain that is repeated every few seconds indefinitely. There's no way to sleep, or frankly do anything when it gets like that.
