Certain therapies (be careful with ABA, it's 50/50 whether you get a place that does psychological torture or actually helps, you gotta ask if they're neuroaffirming and if they follow traditional torture types) can alleviate and help you find methods to cope/function better.

Otherwise, though, you sort of just have to curate ypur own environment as best you can, and accept yourself.

Tylenol, If it causes it, it should reverse it with homeopathy! (cuz this is 100% real science)

On a more serious note, practice makes perfect, just go outside, and ask for directions (even if u know where to go) its a way to practice that many of my friends have used.

Autism can be viewed as a form of microbial dysbiosis in the intestines, where most serotonin and oxytocin is produced. I recommend you consuming A2 raw milk kefir every day along with plenty of probiotics, eliminating all processed foods, avoiding antibiotics, and looking into oxytocin-secreting peptides. You should also research carbetocin and Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

Actually, that's one of the main reasons autistic people are prone to addiction. I know someone who used alcohol like that.

Unfortunatelly no. You can only compensate for it by looking into some behavioural therapy and adjusting things to make them easier for you. And also practice. You know, all the hard shit no one wants to do

Also don't listen to idiots who think autism comes from the gut. The guy who tried to prove that in a pilot study got nothing and fantasized about a brain-gut disease caused by the measles vaccine. He was so bad at science that one of the guys he cited was some crazy old guy who stole drugs from the hospital and said he cured autism by injecting patients with his spinal fluid (it didn't even work. And even if it did, that guy is dead)

No. Me, you, and any 'high functioning' autistic person (as dysfunctional as said spectrum is in classifying it) can only be lucky that we weren't born with more difficulties and bigger needs. I've never seen therapy work for the social aspect, emotions at best, I've seen myself and others have to claw their way out through pattern recognition, learning from their mistakes and being on guard all the time for social signals that we don't pick up on instinctively.

There is only one real cure: finding an accepting community that isn't afraid to be direct with you and won't ridicule you for misunderstanding them or having difficulties in communication.

He changed the pfp quickly. Strangely enough (for him maybe) one could look into the Nazi origins of modern day autism study

you can't cure autism. if you're LSN (low support need) most of the time you'll develop strategies that help you fit and that you can apply in your daily life to be more in control. if you're MSN (medium) or HSN (high), it gets trickier and you won't always have strategies. in that case, i wish you to find the right structures that you need in order to get the support you require. it won't be perfect, it never is, but it can help you have a more manageable routine.

i wish you the best, fellow autistic person. shine on
