Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Pretty self explanatory. I was prescribed this SNRI as a migraine med. But I wanna know if it could be used in CTB too.

I'd check the PPH. That said you can do some basic research yourself on the clearweb. What I see from scientific papers related to it (I really distrust random websites for critical information) is that it might be possible to ctb with it but it would not be quick. It would be extremely painful. It would be incredibly miserable with seizures, arrhythmias, in and out of consciousness, vomiting, nausea, potential organ damage, etc. It's also very possible that you could be saved with medical intervention with long lasting medical consequences. Plus, if you fail, your doctors are unlikely to give you access to quality migraine medication again for fear of abuse and you will have to suffer through them on top of everything else.

I would definitely suggest you look into alternate, more proven methods if you truly feel the need to ctb so you don't suffer needlessly.

I wouldn't advise it. My mother has taken a huge dose of this every day for decades, with other more potent ones along with it, and she was still physically intact... Physically...

As I understand it, it was a newer drug, or replacement for Amitriptyline. Or newer generation, than the more traditional. That was brought about to try & reduce some of the unwanted side-effects, which could perhaps at times be, nasty. That said, the other is still around, perhaps just less often prescribed. All of this meaning: it's most likely, "safer." The one you're talking about taking...

That sounds rough. I'm sorry.
