Honestly? I've thrown away more suicide notes just because I felt at the end no one would care.
However... And this is pretty unhinged by the way...
I did find a website where you can make a suicide note mad lib and I got to say, if someone's actually going to read your note you might want to consider making it fun for them...
Maybe a crossword?
What about a cipher?

What about a scavenger hunt where all the items have notes and the notes will tell part of the story of why you ctb'd. Nah, you can't use that idea I'm going to use the scavenger hunt. Lol.

If you want to really be dramatic you could always watch epic the musical and get inspiration.
What if you end it with "and if you read this far we've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty". Maybe you can confess the shit you didn't do just in the hope that there's an afterlife and you can waste a lot of people's time.
