Any tips for hiding sh from the sun, others, how to manage dysphoria and how not to relapse during summer where dysphria is the strongest?

Pretty much the title.
Im trying not to relapse, handling dysphoria and i rly need to hide my over 300 deep scars from the sun so they heal properly during the summer (in my city we reach over 40cº

I've found some concealer can help if you use the right one, but I've also used like some compression sleeves in the past depending on where I cut

Yeah sadly there is not a lot of options sometimes and not all people associate the sleeves with sh or they think it's just a seperate thing, but I usually focus my sh on sorta one arm for a time so using 2 might be difficult and I haven't really found any other way so far to hide it

I also have it all concentrated on my right arm wich onestly makes it look more gross but okay.
I just wish i could go the watter whitout feeling like killing myself. Its so shitty

Maybe look online at modesty forums? Personally I've been getting by with long sleeves and such but it hasn't been a very hot summer where I'm from so I don't think that'll work for you. Also accessories like bracelets and scarves are great for drawing attention away. Maybe a rash guard too? Is there a specific body part you need to cover or more of an all over thing?

I NEED to cover my right inner arm and wrist since i have 240 scars there (i count them since i started doing)
Long sleeves could work but like.... 40 degrees bro

i personally use arm "warmers" and leg "warmers" to hide my scars, and for our summers, although not as warm, gets really humid and hot

you can find them almost thinner if not more thin than regular sleeves and sometimes theyre even meant to be cooling
